Warranty

The supplier of Freyja Boutique guarantees that its products are tested before being shipped in their entirety to verify their proper functioning. Sealed items are not opened unless the customer requests it. If the product arrives in poor condition or with manufacturing defects, please contact servicioalcliente@freyja.boutique immediately to coordinate a solution.

In such cases, photographic or video evidence will be requested, which will be initially evaluated. If it is identified and determined that the product qualifies for warranty, it will be approved virtually, and a replacement with the same product will be arranged without exception. If the same item is not available, you may choose to take the balance in favor or a credit note for the purchase of other products. If it is determined that a physical review of the item is necessary to analyze its warranty applicability, you must send it to CARRERA 15 # 80-74 OFFICE 202 in BOGOTÁ for review.

Any product sent to the aforementioned address for warranty must be sent with prepaid shipping; merchandise sent with Cash on Delivery will not be accepted. This cost will be borne by the customer. The supplier will cover the cost of shipping replacement items to the address provided in the order. If a returned item does not meet the warranty criteria, it will be returned to the customer with Cash on Delivery, at the customer’s expense.

Exchange or Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, all products CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED, as these products are for personal use and it is not possible to guarantee that the returned product has not been opened and handled. The only cause for return is that the product presents a manufacturing defect. This does not cover normal wear and tear of the parts, personal preferences, damage caused by misuse, loss, abuse, or negligent handling.

Warranty Period

All products have the warranty period specified on the sales invoice. Products that do not have any electronic device and do not qualify for warranty on the sales invoice must be inspected at the time of delivery and any issues reported; after this, they will not be eligible for exchange. The process of approval or rejection of the warranty will have a response time of up to 2 business days after receiving the photos, videos, or physical product.

The dispatch time for an approved warranty will be a maximum of 5 business days. Additionally, the buyer must retain the complete original packaging, accessories, manual, and the respective proof of purchase.
